We’re looking for a Logistics Facilities Officer to help shape and maintain our site in Rijsbergen. You’ll be at the center of everything that keeps the operation running, from coordinating maintenance to working closely with vendors and internal teams. What you’ll be doing
- Keep the site running smoothly by coordinating daily and planned maintenance
- Work closely with trusted vendors to ensure equipment and facilities stay reliable and safe
- Monitor performance and take action when improvements are needed
- Keep records sharp and up to date, from maintenance logs to compliance documentation
- Be the go-to person for internal teams when it comes to facilities support
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are always met
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and help implement better ways of working
- Support sustainability initiatives across the site
What you’ll bring
- MBO 4 or HBO in Facility Management, or similar background
- Experience in facilities, building maintenance, property management, technical services or a similar environment
- Technical understanding (HVAC or electrical is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
- Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methods is helpful
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to balance multiple priorities
