As a production employee at IFF in Tilburg, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You’ll work in a structured environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are key. You’ll be working in a 3-shift schedule, contributing to the creation of innovative flavors and fragrances that enhance everyday products.

What You Will Do:

• Weigh and collect: raw materials according to clear recipes to ensure accurate production.
• Prepare and mix: ingredients to support the production process efficiently.
• Perform: quality checks to maintain high standards in our products.
• Support: the production process by adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Work: in a rotating 3-shift schedule to ensure continuous production flow.

• Salary of approximately €3,630 gross per month.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role (40 hours per week) in 3 shifts.
• 8% holiday allowance and €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre.

• Experience in production or manufacturing environments
• Reliable and accurate work attitude
• Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule
• Good command of English or Dutch
• VMBO-level education or equivalent experience
