As a Laboratory Assistant, you support the Quality Control team with the daily activities in the laboratory. You make sure materials are prepared, workstations stay organized, and everything runs smoothly. Thanks to your support, laboratory analysts can work efficiently and contribute to reliable quality control.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare materials, samples, and equipment for laboratory testing
- Replenish laboratory supplies and ensure all materials are available
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and well-organized according to laboratory guidelines
- Support the daily activities within the Quality Control laboratory
- Identify irregularities and contribute ideas to improve work processes
This is a temporary position for 3 to 6 months. You will work 24 to 38 hours per week, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available.

- You are currently studying or have completed an MBO, HBO, or university degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Laboratory Technology, or a similar field
- Experience in a laboratory is an advantage, but not required
- You work accurately, in a structured way, and have a strong eye for quality
- You are proactive, enjoy hands-on work, and can work both independently and as part of a team
- You speak Dutch and/or English and are a non-smoker due to laboratory safety and hygiene regulations
