About the role

As a Verzorgende IG at WelThuis, you provide daily care to elderly people with dementia or somatic care needs, working based on the individual care plan.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, eating, mobility support, and other recurring care activities.


• Performing technical nursing procedures within your qualifications.


• Monitoring residents' physical and mental condition and identifying changes.


• Supporting residents with dementia by responding appropriately to changing behaviour, restlessness, or disorientation.


• Maintaining a calm, safe, and well-organised care environment.


• Taking responsibility for the daily flow of care.


• Working independently while collaborating with colleagues, volunteers, informal caregivers, doctors, treating physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Het Olympiadehuis – 4 vacancies


• Wilgenhoven – 4 vacancies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you:

• Have a good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written) at 2F/B1 level or higher.


• Can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) (costs will be reimbursed).


• Enjoy working with elderly people and demonstrate this in your daily work.


• Are legally permitted to work in the Netherlands.


• Are willing to work different shifts according to the schedule, including short, long, and occasional night shifts.


• Hold an MBO-3 diploma as a Verzorgende, an equivalent qualification, or a CIBG certificate.


• Relevant work experience and up-to-date practical knowledge are considered an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary between €2,663.54 and €3,592.96 gross per month (based on a 36-hour work week, CAO VVT FWG 35).


• 8% holiday allowance.


• 8.3% end-of-year bonus.

• Travel expense reimbursement according to the CAO.
