Are you a Romanian-speaking recruiter with an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you enjoy connecting people with opportunities while building long-term client relationships? Then we'd love to meet you!

At Groene Hart Service, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and grow further our Romanian recruitment division. You'll be responsible for creating your own network of Romanian candidates and clients, making successful placements, and helping shape the future of our business.

No two days are the same. You'll combine recruitment, sales, relationship management, and business development in one dynamic role.

What you'll be doing

As a Romanian-speaking Recruiter, you'll take ownership of your own market. Your responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and selecting Romanian-speaking candidates for a variety of vacancies.
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and matching the right people with the right jobs.
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment and placement process.
• Proactively approaching new clients and developing long-term business relationships.
• Maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Identifying new market opportunities within the Romanian labour market.
• Building a strong network of both candidates and clients.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thinks commercially, and wants to make a real impact. You'll have the freedom to work independently while receiving the support of an experienced and close-knit team.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, consultant, or staffing specialist.
• A commercial mindset and the confidence to work independently.
• Fluent in both Romanian and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Available full-time (40 hours per week).
• Willing to work from both our Nieuwegein and Reeuwijk offices when needed.
• Flexible and available outside regular office hours for urgent situations.
• Living within commuting distance of Nieuwegein or Reeuwijk.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,380 and €4,992, depending on your experience (based on 40 hours).

You'll mainly work from our office in Nieuwegein or Reeuwijk, with occasional working days at our Amsterdam location.
