The Role
This is a Trainee Asset Management & Sustainability Analyst position, running 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of moving into a permanent role. You will get broad exposure across asset management, maintenance, ESG and expansion projects for our cold storage portfolio, working closely with site teams and platform leadership to help drive asset improvement and sustainability standards across the group.
What you will do
- Support asset management. Support the rollout of the Enterprise Asset Management platform across the portfolio, working with site teams to create asset registers, align maintenance and inspection cadences with One Frio best practice, and align costing methodologies, plus support drafting compliance standards and driving their implementation across sites, and support rolling out the energy efficiency and management roadmap.
- Track expansion projects. Track spend and progress on live construction projects, and support with early stage planning and concept development for new expansions and greenfield developments.
- Drive ESG standards. Support the finalisation of the ESG policy suite, provide monthly reporting against KPIs, support implementation of policies and practices on the ground at site level, and support with the implementation of BREEAM certification across the portfolio.
- Support maintenance planning. Support the implementation of maintenance best-practice standards for rollout across the portfolio to improve asset resilience and lifetime and reduce operational risk.
What you will bring
- A recent graduate or final-year student in real estate, sustainability, engineering, business or a related field
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools, and able to turn detail into a clear, concise update
- Organised and proactive, comfortable managing several work streams with site teams across different countries
- Willing to travel regularly to sites in Ireland, the UK and the Netherlands
- Fluent in English
Nice to have, not required
- Exposure to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms
- Knowledge of BREEAM or similar sustainability certification standards
- An interest in cold storage, logistics or industrial real estate
