We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with our Product and Technology organizations in a highly strategic capacity. This role is open to candidates based in the Netherlands (Zaltbommel office) or in Vienna. While the title sits at Senior HR Business Partner level, we equally welcome candidates currently operating at Head of HR or HR Director level; the title reflects the function and its closeness to the business, not a ceiling on experience. What matters most is that you’re excited by a hands‑on, high‑impact partnering role.

In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective people and organizational strategies. Working closely with Product and Tech leadership, you will help shape organizational structures, strengthen leadership practices, and enable high‑performing teams across multiple offices. Your primary stakeholders are managers and senior leaders, whom you will support in navigating complex organizational and employee‑related topics.

This role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on leadership of complex HR topics, requiring strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑moving, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Product and Technology leadership, supporting them on organizational, leadership, and people‑related topics.
  
• Own the process of translating business strategy into effective people and organizational strategies that enable team performance and scalability.
  
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, team structures, and workforce planning to ensure high‑performing and scalable team setups.
  
• Support and coach managers and leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, performance management, and people leadership.
  
• Lead initiatives that strengthen management principles, leadership practices, and overall leadership capability across the organization.
  
• Own and manage complex employee‑related cases, escalation management and other sensitive employee matters.
  
• Act as an escalation point for challenging employee situations and ensure issues are handled with sound judgment and professionalism.
  
• Partner with leaders to proactively address organizational risks, team health, and engagement topics.
  

What You Bring

• 
  
• Several years of experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR, HR Director, or similar strategic HR role.
  
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Technology organizations.
  
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
  
• Strong experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and employee relations.
  
• Experience working in international and multi‑location environments.
  
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage complex situations with discretion, and professionalism.
