Reporting to the Team Head, Client Management Frameworks (CMF), you will lead a team responsible for developing, implementing, governing and managing client management and front office operating frameworks across the Bank. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, business management and execution, translating business priorities into practical frameworks and operating standards that drive consistent front office practices and sustainable business outcomes. You will own the full lifecycle of front office frameworks, from design and implementation through governance, operational management and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will drive strategic initiatives, oversee framework operationalisation, manage exceptions and service standards, and ensure frameworks remain effective and aligned to evolving business needs. As a people leader, you will build team capability, elevate delivery standards and foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement. CMF serves as a strategic partner to the Front Office, shaping and managing frameworks that enhance organisational effectiveness, strengthen execution discipline and support the Bank's long-term growth ambitions.

Key Accountabilities

• Framework Strategy and Ownership : Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of client management and front office operating frameworks to support the bank's strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Framework Delivery Excellence : Drive the successful rollout of frameworks across the organisation, ensuring timely implementation, effective adoption, clear accountability and sustainable business outcomes.
• Framework Operations and Continuous Improvement: Oversee framework operationalisation, including governance, exception management, service level performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Front Office Business Management : Partner closely with Front Office leadership and key stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical operating models, standards and processes that drive consistent execution.
• Governance and Framework Oversight : Establish governance mechanisms to support framework implementation, monitor adherence, manage exception processes and ensure appropriate business controls are embedded within framework design.
• Executive Stakeholder Management : Build trusted partnerships with senior management and key stakeholders to influence decision-making, resolve implementation challenges and drive organisational alignment and adoption.
• Team Leadership and Capability Building : Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, driving capability uplift and establishing strong standards in analysis, framework development, stakeholder management and execution.
• Performance Management : Define success measures, monitor framework effectiveness and provide management reporting, insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and ongoing optimisation.

• Framework Design, Implementation and Management
  • Lead the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of client management and front office operating frameworks that drive consistent execution across the Front Office.
  • Ensure frameworks remain relevant, scalable and aligned with evolving business priorities.
• Framework Governance and Oversight
  • Establish governance structures to support effective framework implementation and adoption.
  • Monitor framework adherence, oversee exception management processes and ensure agreed outcomes are appropriately tracked and escalated.
  • Embed appropriate business controls into frameworks and oversee ongoing governance, service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Business Management and Strategic Execution
  • Provide business management support across Front Office initiatives, ensuring alignment to established frameworks and strategic objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and workstreams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
