About the role

In your role as Customer Service Representative you can fully focus on what you enjoy doing the most: handling all customer requests!

You do not need to know everything from day one. We will support you with a structured onboarding program and help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive. What matters most is your customer-first mindset your willingness to learn and your ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do

As part of our Customer Service team you will be the first point of contact for customers and a trusted partner throughout the order-to-delivery journey. You will work closely with Sales Planning Logistics and Back Office teams to ensure excellent service and seamless operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Manage orders received via email phone e-ordering platforms and other customer channels using SAP.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely professional support.
• Investigate manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Build strong product and customer knowledge to identify tailored solutions and opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help optimize customer service processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A strong customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A collaborative approach and team-player mentality.
• You can stand your ground when working with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system or the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Affinity with process automation and/or strong Excel skills is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Basic Dutch language skills are preferred.
