We are looking for a European R&D Maintenance Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of innovative cooling solutions used in Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Data Centers, and EV Charging Infrastructure.

What will you do?
As a European R&D Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of cutting-edge cooling technologies.
Your responsibilities include:
✅ Investigating and resolving complex technical issues in live customer environments
✅ Performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions
✅ Supporting troubleshooting activities for cooling systems, pumps, fans, and thermal management solutions
✅ Conducting on-site inspections and technical evaluations
✅ Translating field issues into product improvement recommendations for R&D teams
✅ Supporting the development of maintenance tools and methodologies
✅ Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams across Europe
✅ Improving system reliability, maintainability, and customer satisfaction
