B2B Marketing Manager (4-6 months contract)

The role

This is a contractor position with an initial contract duration ending on 25th December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

The B2B Marketing Manager (Contractor) will be the key marketing lead responsible for developing and scaling ZEEKR's B2B marketing strategy, enablement model, and supporting toolkits across Europe. The role will focus on empowering local teams, leasing companies and strategic partners with the marketing capabilities, content, and frameworks needed to drive business growth and deliver a consistent customer experience.

In this role, you will work closely with the EU and local B2B teams, marketing teams, and strategic B2B partners to identify business needs and develop scalable marketing plans, tools, campaigns, and ways of working. You will also play a critical role in building a structured importer marketing enablement model that supports successful collaboration and execution across all importer markets.

The role is primarily focused on strategic Pan-European scale-up projects (approximately 80% scope), including B2B and importer enablement, capability building, and marketing frameworks. In addition, approximately 20% of the role will support operational marketing activities, including the coordination and delivery of key Pan-European B2B events.

During peak Pan-Eu event periods this can shift to 80% operational and 20% strategic focus if the business requires so (e.g. preparations for the Paris Motor Show, Fleet Europe events in Oct will require more operational work in the first months).

This is what you will do:

• Develop and implement a European B2B marketing strategy aligned with ZEEKR's commercial growth objectives.

• Build a scalable B2B marketing enablement model for leasing companies, fleet customers, and strategic business partners.

• Create and manage B2B marketing framework with playbooks, toolkits, and best-practice guidelines that can be adapted for local markets.

• Collaborate with local marketing teams and importers to identify market-specific needs and ensure effective localization of B2B campaigns and initiatives.

• Develop compelling B2B messaging frameworks, sales supportive materials, that support lead generation and conversion.

• Establish processes, governance, and performance measurement frameworks to drive consistency and scalability across markets for B2B and importers.

• Monitor performance, share insights and best practices to optimize B2B marketing activities based on business results.

• Design and implement a scalable importer marketing enablement framework, including governance, planning processes, communication cadences, and playbooks to drive consistent execution across importer markets.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of Pan-European B2B events and industry activations, e.g. Fleet Europe, Paris Motor Show, and other key customer, fleet, and partner engagement events.

• Develop supporting event materials, presentations, customer-facing content, and coordination plans to ensure successful event delivery and a consistent ZEEKR brand experience.

• Work closely with the B2B team, external agencies, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to manage logistics, timelines, communications, and post-event follow-up activities.

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in automotive (OEM and/or importer side) or fleet company, B2B marketing.

• Strong understanding of the European automotive / operational leasing market. Experience with importers is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (local and EU teams, B2B, importers).

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

• A hands-on, proactive mindset with a drive for execution, results, and continuous improvement.
