We are seeking a Real Estate Coordinator to join the team in Hilversum! You will be a part the Cost Management team and play a key role in controlling and reporting. What are you going to do?
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets across Store Development and Facilities Management portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Raise and administer Purchase Orders and payments for construction, maintenance, and operational activities.
- Review vendor proposals and invoices for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
- Develop vendor management reporting and support cost governance initiatives in store development and facilities management.
- Partner with Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, and Finance teams to provide consolidated financial oversight and business insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost reporting, financial controls, and procurement processes.

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Administration or any comparable space
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Previous experience in finance and more specifically exposure to finance activities and processes in Construction and Facilities Management
- Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency across Microsoft Office applications; Smartsheet experience is an advantage
- You can handle a wide range of responsibilities and prioritize accordingly
- You are able to navigate and evolve in a fast-moving environment
- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English
