We provide reliable cold storage, warehousing, order picking, transport and end-to-end logistics for food products. The Role

We are hiring an HR Analyst to be part of our new HR team. You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment, our people tools, and internal communications and much more - with real room to bring ideas, question how things are done, and help shape a future-proof HR department.

This is a genuine opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, multi-site group at a stage where HR is still being built. You will learn recruitment, people tooling, communications and culture work side by side with experienced HR leads - and you'll be trusted to spot what could work better and help build it, not just keep the lights on.

We're looking for someone who is curious, energetic, and comfortable with technology. Someone who sees a clunky process and wants to improve it, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to be part of creating an outstanding employee experience and a future-proof HR function.

What you will do

• Help build modern recruitment. Run day-to-day recruitment - vacancies, screening, interview scheduling - and help improve how we attract and select people: candidate experience, employer branding, and the values-based interview approach.
• Push our people tooling forward. Get properly fluent in all our people tools, and help improve better ways for managers and employees to use them.
• Shape internal people communications. Help build out internal communication platform as a real channel for culture and connection, not just noticeboards - and bring fresh ideas on how we reach people across sites.
• Help shape culture and people projects. Support onboarding, values workshops, L&D and other initiatives that build the kind of HR function and culture we're growing into.
• Spot what could work better. Notice where a process can be improved, propose a better way, and help build and roll it out.

What you will bring

• A completed HBO or WO qualification in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Genuinely interested in HR tech and people tooling - someone who reaches for the smarter, more digital way of doing something
• A builder's mindset: you notice what's inefficient, form a view on how to fix it, and get stuck in
• Strong Dutch and English, spoken and written
