Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end warehouse operation and act as a key partner to the Operations Manager. You translate data into action and ensure KPIs are consistently met and improved.
- Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved;
- Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans;
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives;
- Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance;
- Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency.
You will manage multiple supervisors and report directly to the Operations Manager. Together, you drive growth, scalability, and high customer service levels within a dynamic logistics setting. Flexibility is required, as working hours may vary depending on operational needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working/thinking level;
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations;
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management;
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Good command of the English language;
- Proactive, decisive, and a strong people manager.
