Over de functie

In deze rol draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van onze serviceprocessen voor klanten binnen de Benelux-regio.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, Service Account Managers en verdere interne afdelingen.

Wat deze rol uniek maakt? Je werkt niet alleen voor klanten in de Benelux, maar ondersteunt ook internationale serviceorganisaties. Hierdoor krijg je een brede blik op onze wereldwijde serviceoperatie en heb je direct impact op de klanttevredenheid.

Jouw impact:

• Je beheert servicecontracten, inclusief indexeringen, verlengingen en contractadministratie.
• Je ondersteunt Service Account Managers bij klantgerelateerde processen zoals facturatie, spare parts en service-overnames.
• Je zorgt voor correcte rapportages richting klanten en interne stakeholders.
• Je onderhoudt proactief contact met klanten en leveranciers over administratieve serviceprocessen.
• Je bewaakt de voortgang van processen en zorgt voor een tijdige en kwalitatieve opvolging.
• Je ontwikkelt expertise in onze systemen, tools en werkwijzen en deelt deze kennis met collega's.
• Je signaleert verbeterkansen en draagt actief bij aan procesoptimalisaties binnen verschillende afdelingen.

Wie wij zoeken?

• Je beschikt over een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 4 of 5, of hebt vergelijkbare werkervaring.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende functie.
• Je communiceert uitstekend in zowel Nederlands als Engels, mondeling én schriftelijk.
• Je bent vaardig met Microsoft Office en hebt ervaring met ERP-systemen.
• Je bent servicegericht, proactief, nauwkeurig en voelt je prettig in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Wat wij je bieden?

Deze functie biedt een salarisrange van €3.500 tot €4.300 bruto per maand. Bij het overtreffen van de prestatieverwachtingen heb je zelfs de mogelijkheid om buiten deze schaal te groeien.

Bovenop je salaris ontvang je de volgende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• 40 vakantiedagen (20 wettelijke dagen en een flexibel budget waarmee je 20 dagen kunt kopen);
• Health & Wellbeing-budget (€300 per jaar);
• Reiskostenvergoeding of volledige vergoeding van openbaar vervoer;
• Flexibele werktijden en hybride werken (40% thuis / 60% op kantoor);
• Collectieve pensioenregeling;

In the position Service Support Specialist you make the difference by ensuring a smooth administrative process for our customers in service in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg).

Moreover, you are working in an international environment as you are also supporting other service regions in the world. You always act with our end-customers in mind, working on and with many service processes.

What will you be doing?

As a Service Support Specialist you will handle contract renewals, invoicing, hours- as well as purchase- and order- administration. You are the internal support for the Service Account Managers (SAM) by coordinating relevant internal processes ensuring quality and follow-up.

Your responsibility is that an effective line of communication is kept ensuring minimal disruption to customer processes and the customers' expectations are professionally managed. Good listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to interact effectively, is key!

Your responsibilities include:

• You calculate / index service contracts and set up in the Vanderlande systems in cooperation with the responsible Service Account Manager.

• Proactive communication and relationship building with key- and active customers and suppliers on the administrative service processes.

• You are responsible for contract administration and correct reporting (internal and to customers).

• Supporting the SAM by coordinating internal customer related processes e.g. invoicing, spare parts, or service take over for Retrofit, Modification and Revision (RMR) projects.

• You develop an expertise on the supporting systems tooling and processes and share this knowledge by on-the-job training

• Based on analysis for contract renewal you signal improvement potential.

• Preferably identify and implement process improvements together within different internal departments

What are we looking for?

In the position of Service Support Specialist you are the linking pin in the administrative process of Vanderlande services. This asks for flexibility and a supportive and pro-active approach. Your qualifications:

• Intermediate level education (MBO Level 4 / 5 or significant work experience).

• Preferably 3 years relevant working experience.

• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, in Dutch as well as in English.

• High knowledge level of Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with an ERP system and interested in working on system improvements.

• Service-, supporting- and process- and mind set.

What you can look forward to?

This position offers a monthly salary range from €3.500,- gross up to € 4.300,- gross. When performance expectations are exceeded, there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
