About Invisix

Semiconductor manufacturers cant build what they cant measure. Invisix Measuring Systems is a fast-growing scale-up in the high-tech industry developing next-generation metrology solutions for the semiconductor sector. We reconstruct the detailed 3D geometry of next-generation chips geometry no one else can see.

We were founded by former ASML specialists in short wavelength metrology and were now scaling the team to bring that technology to market.

The Role

Were looking for a VP Sales & Marketing to set the commercial direction for our breakthrough semiconductor technology and own the relationships that bring it to market. Youll report closely to our CEO operating at the strategic level engaging directly with industry leaders and shaping how we enter a competitive market.

This is not a role behind a desk. Youll be the one in the room with senior decision-makers at major semiconductor manufacturers mostly across Asia and the US with travel making up as much as half your working time.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy across all market segments

• Build and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers at major semiconductor manufacturers with a focus on Asia and the US

• Lead commercial discussions for equipment sales and long-term service agreements

• Develop business justifications for Invisixs solutions in partnership with our technical and executive leadership

• Work with our CEO and technical teams on presentations product demonstrations and customer interactions

• Travel internationally on a regular basis potentially up to 50% of your time

• Build mentor and grow the sales and marketing department as the company scales

Is this you

• Masters degree or higher in physics engineering or a closely related technical field. An MBA is a plus

• Demonstrated commercial experience in semiconductor metrology or inspection including established relationships with major semiconductor producers

• Enough technical depth to hold your own in discussions on metrology systems device design and measurement methodologies

• A track record negotiating contracts for premium capital equipment sales and service arrangements

• The ability to do business in East Asian markets with real cultural competency

• A readiness for sustained international travel

• Fluent English. Korean and Mandarin are valued
