As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing the Dutch market for residential energy storage solutions. You will identify and acquire new distributors, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the full sales process from first contact through to contract signing and repeat orders.

Your responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new distributors and strategic customers in the Netherlands.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and network within the energy storage market.
  • Visit customers, conduct product presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract and first order.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with distributors and develop repeat business.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and day-to-day channel operations.
  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the growth of the business in the Netherlands.

Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably within energy storage, solar, batteries, or related technology.
  • Good knowledge of residential energy storage products and technology.
  • A proven track record in acquiring new customers and building commercial relationships.
  • An existing network within the Dutch energy or energy storage market is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and Mandarin.
  • Permanent residency in the Netherlands.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and commercially driven mindset.
  • Travel to customers within the Netherlands.
