INL Cargo, a leading logistics service provider with branches at Schiphol (NL), Barcelona (ES) and Ohrid (Macedonia), is entering an ambitious phase of growth. Building on a strong commercial foundation and attractive market opportunities, the company is investing in technology, network development and further professionalization. We are looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) who will set the commercial direction and prepare the organization for continued European expansion.
Your role
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead INL Cargo's commercial strategy and revenue growth across Europe. You will translate market opportunities into sustainable revenue, healthy margins and long-term customer partnerships, while building and developing an integrated team across marketing, sales, account management, and carrier and capacity management. You will maintain a strong market presence, lead strategic customer relationships and take an active role in complex tenders and business cases. A key priority is the commercialization of new propositions, including 4PL Control Tower solutions and White Glove delivery services. As a member of the executive team, you will work closely with the CEO, CFO and COO.

INL Cargo specializes in freight forwarding and European road transport of high value and time critical goods, with a strong focus on Southern Europe. Known for its flexibility and ability to deliver fast, tailored solutions, the company combines short lines of communication with swift decision-making. With around 30 colleagues across Europe today, INL Cargo is entering a significant growth phase and expects its workforce to expand to approximately 70-100 employees in the coming 5 years. Ownership, collaboration and personal service remain central as the organization scales.
