From influencer partnerships to inspiring PR events, you help keep WE® visible and tell stories that connect with our customers. Does this sound like your next challenge? Then we are looking for you as our new PR & Influencer Marketeer.

As PR & Influencer Marketeer, you are responsible for increasing the visibility and relevance of WE® through influencers, creators and PR activities. You build strong relationships, identify opportunities and translate our brand strategy into partnerships that inspire our target audience.

You develop and coordinate influencer campaigns from selecting the right creators and negotiating collaborations to monitoring content, results and budgets. With your commercial mindset, you build strong partnerships and maximise the impact of every collaboration.

You also build and manage our WE® Friends Ambassador Programme, creating long term relationships with creators and brand ambassadors who reflect our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

In addition, you play an important role in PR. You work closely with our PR agency, take the lead in organising PR events and ensure our collections and campaigns receive the attention they deserve. You are also the first point of contact for press and media enquiries, handling questions professionally and in line with our brand identity.

You closely follow developments in fashion, creators and media, recognising opportunities that are relevant to WE®. Working together with colleagues across Marketing, Social and our Creative Hub, you ensure all activities strengthen and reflect our brand identity.

In this role, you report to the Marketing Manager.

Where you make impact:

• You have solid experience in influencer marketing, PR, partnerships or community building within a brand, PR agency, influencer marketing agency or a similar environment.
• You build strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies and media, using your negotiation skills to maximise the value of every partnership.
• You have a strong affinity with fashion, trends and content, and understand which collaborations best fit our brand identity and target audience.
• You effortlessly coordinate multiple influencer campaigns, partnerships and PR events at the same time and act as a professional point of contact for external partners and media.
• You communicate confidently in both Dutch and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
