Your role

As Chef de Rang, you'll be responsible for your own section, ensuring every guest receives professional, attentive and personalised service. Your responsibilities include: Managing your own station independently. Advising guests on food and beverages. Delivering a warm, personalised dining experience. Maintaining service quality and pace during busy periods. Working closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience. Contributing to a team where excellence and collaboration are the standard. Who are you?

You already have experience in a high-quality restaurant environment and are confident managing your own section. You also: Have a professional and welcoming attitude. Speak English fluently. Are flexible to work shifts between 6:00 AM and midnight. Live in or near Amsterdam, or are planning to relocate. Experience matters. But your motivation matters even more. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wants to keep learning and takes pride in exceeding guests' expectations.

What we offer

A gross monthly salary of €2,897, including holiday allowance and accrued holiday pay. The opportunity to work in one of the world's leading luxury hotel brands. The chance to further develop your hospitality skills in a high-end luxury environment. Optional shared accommodation for international professionals relocating to the Netherlands. This accommodation is intended as a temporary starting solution for approximately six months. The cost is €495 for the first month, followed by €695 per month thereafter.
