Full‑time, 4 to 5‑month internship contract. 100% on‑site. Within the Vehicle Product Team, you will help optimise the performance of the fleet while maximising user experience, quality and safety.
In Q3 2026, the R&D workshop in the HQ office will move to a new location within the same building. Your role will be to coordinate this move with the office management team and contractors. Once the move is complete, you will organise the workshop with a clear layout, tools and equipment, guidelines and processes, inventory management, and ensure that the workshop complies with health and safety standards.
Task & Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction work and moving with third‑party contractors.
- Arrange a temporary workshop during construction and move.
- Determine inventory management processes for incoming and outgoing parts/vehicles, as well as part storage and labelling for warranty‑claim items.
- Manage and improve tools and equipment within the workshops.
- Implement internal health and safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations among all three workshops.
- Design and build specific workbenches and toolkits per vehicle type.
- Optimise layout of the workshops.
- Organise storage of tools and equipment.
- Sell unused equipment.
You’ll Fit Great With These Skills And Qualifications
- Enrolled in a technical course; vocational or bachelor’s.
- Passed all first‑year classes.
- Proficient in English, verbal and written.
- Workshop/hands‑on experience – hobby and/or professional.
- Knowledge of general workshop tools and equipment.
- A strong interest in process optimisation and safety management.
- Affinity with bikes, scooters or electric vehicles is a plus.
