**Job Title: Sales Representatives – Nederland Market (Energy Storage)**

**Job Responsibilities:**
1. **Business Development & Sales**: Drive business development and sales for Elecnova's energy storage solutions in key UK&Ireland markets, focusing on C&I energy storage projects (>64KWh).
2. **Market Intelligence**: Collect and analyze market information to support the development of UK&Ireland sales strategies. Understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs to adapt solutions accordingly.
3. **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the energy storage and power industries in UK&Ireland.
4. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met, timelines are adhered to, and client expectations are exceeded.
**Job Qualifications:**
1. **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Engineering, Energy, or a related field.
2. **Experience**: over 1 years of experience in energy storage projects, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
3. **Industry Experience**: Experience working with energy storage systems or within the renewable energy sector is preferred. Prior experience with a Chinese company is an advantage.
4. **Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven decision-making skills and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing and negotiating with clients and partners.
- **Flexibility & Positivity**: A self-driven, flexible, and adaptable approach to work, with a positive attitude toward challenges.
- **Team-oriented**: Able to work effectively in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and supporting team goals.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong market analysis capabilities, able to identify opportunities and respond to client needs.
