Functie

As a Sales Support Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that commercial operations run smoothly. You are the link between customers, sales teams, logistics partners and finance departments.

No two days are the same. One moment you are processing orders and coordinating deliveries, while the next you are supporting customers, preparing reports or managing important commercial documentation.

Your responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
  
• Prepare quotations, invoices and order confirmations
  
• Support day-to-day Sales Support activities for the commercial team
  
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system
  
• Monitor order progress and delivery schedulesCoordinate with internal departments regarding shipments and customer requirementsRespond to customer enquiries in both Japanese and English
  
• Support reporting and sales performance analysis
  
• Follow up on invoice status and payment administration
  
• Assist with trade fairs, exhibitions and customer events
  
• Arrange meetings, appointments and travel schedules
  
• Maintain commercial documentation and internal records
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business
  
• Help ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels at all times

We are looking for someone with:

• A residence nearby the office, max 40 minutes from Nieuw-Vennep (non negotiable)
  
• A Dutch working permit (non negotiable)
  
• Fluent Japanese and English language skills
  
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Customer Service or Commercial Support
  
• Experience working within an international organisation is preferred
  
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills
  
• Experience with Microsoft Office
  
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is an advantage
  
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously

Aanbod

Based on a full-time employment contract, the package will consist of:

• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500
  
• Annual salary between €36,000 and €42,000
