HR Office Administrator (Part-Time, up to 32 hours per week)

About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Office Administrator to support our People & Culture team in Utrecht. This role combines HR administration and office support activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an excellent experience for employees and visitors.


What You'll Do
HR Administration


  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Assist with absence registration and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate training and development administration.
  • Support recruitment processes and interview scheduling.


Office Administration


  • Serve as the first point of contact for office-related matters.
  • Manage office supplies and facilities-related administration.
  • Support meeting and event coordination.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional office environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.


What We're Looking For


  • MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience in administration, HR support, office management, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A service-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of AFAS is a plus
