About The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across payroll management, HR operations, HR systems and workforce analytics at global level.
The role ensures accurate and compliant payroll processes, consistent execution of HR workflows, high‑quality data governance and reliable workforce insights to support informed decision‑making. Acting as a key partner to HR and business leaders, the position integrates processes, systems and analytics to enable a scalable, efficient and data‑driven HR operating model.
HR Operations & Payroll
- Lead global payroll operations in coordination with local providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee end‑to‑end HR operational processes, including employee data management, lifecycle changes and master data governance.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures and controls across regions.
- Develop, document and continuously improve standard operating procedures for HR and payroll processes.
- Partner with local HR teams to ensure alignment between payroll cycles, HR operations and legal requirements.
HR Systems & Technology
- Manage day‑to‑day HRIS operations (e.g. BambooHR), payroll interfaces and time & attendance systems.
- Lead system enhancements, automations and integrations to improve data quality, efficiency and user experience.
- Act as the main HR interface with IT and external system vendors, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
HR Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Design, maintain and enhance HR dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, headcount evolution, attrition, absenteeism, engagement and cost drivers.
- Support HR and business leaders with ad‑hoc analysis and decision‑support reporting.
- Develop predictive analytics and scenario analysis to strengthen workforce planning and organisational decisions.
Workforce Planning & Cost Control
- Lead global workforce planning processes, including headcount budgeting, capacity modelling and productivity analysis.
- Partner closely with Finance to align workforce planning, cost forecasting and budget cycles.
- Monitor workforce utilisation, overtime, absenteeism and workforce allocation trends, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Lead process optimisation initiatives using Lean, Kaizen or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and standardise HR and payroll processes globally.
- Contribute to HR transformation projects and the evolution of the global HR operating model.
Skills and expertise required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll Management, HR Analytics, HR Systems or Workforce Management.
- Experience in multinational, matrix and fast‑paced environments.
- Strong exposure to HRIS platforms, payroll processes and data automation.
- Proven analytical capability, including dashboards, metrics and workforce planning models. xgiwjmb
