Overview
Part-Time HR Generalist / People Operations (24 hours per week) – Amsterdam. Amoria Bond, a leading recruitment consultancy in the heart of Amsterdam, is looking for a Part-Time HR Generalist / People Operations professional to join our People team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid HR foundation who is confident managing the day-to-day People agenda locally, while working closely with our Senior People Business Partner in Germany.

As the first point of contact for People matters in Amsterdam, you\'ll support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding new hires and guiding managers through performance conversations, to ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and supporting employee engagement. You\'ll balance hands-on administrative tasks (20-30%) with the opportunity to drive meaningful initiatives in diversity, inclusion, and well-being, helping to create an exceptional employee experience.
