Chargetrip is an API-based SaaS company for EV routing. Companies in EV charging, vehicle rentals, vehicle leasing, and logistics use Chargetrip's API to build EV driver applications or license our No-Code Solutions for web apps. In short, we make software tools for companies to make EV driving easy.

About the role
Chargetrip is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive its growth in the European market. After now-established strong product‑market fit, you will join our Sales team in Amsterdam to scale our European sales. You will report directly to our European Business Development Team Lead and collaborate closely with the Commercial team located in Amsterdam.
What you’ll be working on
- Growing Chargetrip’s customer base in Europe.
- Driving revenue of Chargetrip’s API, No-Code solutions, and fleet business intelligence platform, Evalo.
- Developing commercial relationships with companies across mobility, specifically fleet operators, fleet management software providers, electrification consulting firms, charge point operators, and e‑mobility service providers.
- Traveling to trade shows across Europe to build new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with customers and prospects.
- Collaborating with the rest of the Commercial team on relationships.
- Identify and explore opportunities for new use cases and segments.
What we are looking for
- You are hands‑on and thrive in a scaleup with a startup mentality. At the same time, you can navigate large organizations. Ideally, you have a proven track record in both.
- You do not hesitate to cold‑call, negotiate deals, or ask for a signature. But you also have the patience to give potential customers sound advice and build genuine trusting relationships.
- You can fill a commercial pipeline and keep organized records in a CRM.
- You enjoy traveling regularly for work to conferences and customer visits.
- You have 3+ years of relevant working experience; experience in the mobility/automotive sector is strongly preferred.
