The role in short

We're scaling our inbound marketing machine, and design is the engine: campaigns, landing pages, social, and brand. We're looking for a designer who combines solid craft with real fluency in AI tools, and wants to help define how an AI-first design operation works.

The role

You’ll be our first in-house designer. That means the day-to-day design output for marketing and sales is yours, and so is the way it gets made.

The role sits on three pillars:

  • Design production & ownership. Everything marketing and sales ships, from brief to live.
  • AI-driven design operation. The part of the role that doesn't exist yet. You build it.
  • Brand & collaboration. Keeping everything we ship looking like us, together with the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Own daily design production: deliver paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), landing pages, social content, sales presentations, and email designs.
  • Drive the AI-driven workflow: evaluate and implement AI design tools, and build repeatable workflows that raise quality and speed quarter over quarter.
  • Build and maintain the design system: develop our template kit together with our external design partner, so we iterate fast and stay on brand.
  • Guard the brand: apply and evolve the The Company brand book across every channel and deliverable.
  • Iterate on performance: analyze how your designs perform in the market and use the numbers to improve the next version.
  • Collaborate across the team: work with the Content Manager, Marketing Manager on campaigns, and the sales team on campaigns, decks and product communications.

What you bring

  • A completed bachelor's degree (hbo) in graphic design or a related field.
  • One to three years of graphic design experience, agency or in-house, and a portfolio that shows range: digital campaigns, social, and ideally web.
  • Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe suite. Webflow experience is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrable experience with AI design tools. This is a core requirement, so tell us how you use them in your process.
  • An eye for brand consistency, and the pragmatism to ship version one today and improve it next week.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a strong advantage.
  • Based in, or willing to relocate to, the Amsterdam area.
