Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is a vibrant and colourful hotel and Amsterdam Congress Center, featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable by car or public transport. The hotel is part of the VEN complex and shares the building with Holland Casino, LimeHome apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura. We blend fun, informality and the rich diversity of our international teams.

Responsibilities (What you will learn and do)

• Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors with daily operations and supervisory responsibilities.
• Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar and Meeting & Events Operations.
• Ensure guest needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Train, coach and motivate team members to reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene and brand standards.
• Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the F&B Manager.
• Actively contribute to creating a positive and energetic work environment.

Qualifications

Essential ingredients:

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program at HBO level.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English; another language is a plus.
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

You will learn to:

• Ensure guest needs are met in the F&B Outlets.
• Maintain high levels of guest service and satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene and brand standards.
