All IT Rooms B.V. is a comprehensive specialist in computer rooms, server rooms, and data centers. We provide services ranging from audits and consultations to establish industry guidelines, to the realization and optimization of server and data center spaces. Our expertise includes building new installations, reconfigurations, and live environment upgrades. We also operate a 24/7 service desk for managing incidents and conducting preventive maintenance, along with monitoring and managing data centers through our Serverroom Control Center (SCC). Our goal is to ensure efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in all IT infrastructure services.
Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Technical Support Engineer specializing in Service Desk for Data Centers. Based in Rijswijk, the primary responsibilities include addressing technical issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and network problems, and providing effective support to ensure data center operations run smoothly. The role also involves coordinating with customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests while maintaining high‑quality service.
