As a Perfect Store Manager, you will own and drive the retail strategy for our key category Airfryer, translating category and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies into clear commercial priorities across channels and retail partners. You will identify opportunities to drive category growth, shopper conversion, and commercial performance, and define the right category, assortment, promotion, and activation approach to win at the point of purchase.
You will also lead the execution of Perfect Store initiatives across our priority retail partners, maximizing in-store visibility, shopper navigation, and brand activation. This includes managing the 12-month promotional calendar, developing local brand activations and visual merchandising materials, and tracking performance to ensure strong execution against our strategic and commercial objectives.

The impact you'll make:

• Lead Perfect Store & E-Commerce execution with priority retail partners, ensuring impactful store setups, promotions, and in-store and online point-of-sale materials that maximize visibility, shopper navigation, and brand impact.
  
• Develop customer-specific Perfect Store, E-Commerce, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies, optimizing category approaches, assortment, pricing, promotions, and activation plans to drive sustainable commercial growth.
  
• Design and implement tailored visual merchandising solutions, including displays, secondary placements, end caps, and shelf navigation materials, to improve shopper conversion and strengthen brand presence at the point of purchase.
  
• Create and deliver customer-specific promotional plans and Perfect Store activations, translating commercial strategies into impactful in-store and online execution. Partner with KAMs, Trade Marketing, and Consumer Marketing Managers to ensure alignment with customer priorities and brand objectives.
  
• Analyze and report in-store and online shopper marketing performance, using insights and data to optimize activities and improve commercial outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with the global Perfect Store capability team to deploy best practices, analytical tools, and capabilities that continuously strengthen local execution.
  

The skills and knowledge you'll bring:

• 
  
• Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, or a related field.
  
• Experience: Preferably 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, commercial excellence, or a related commercial role, with a strong understanding of in-store execution, promotional planning, and retail partnerships.
  
• Commercial expertise: Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), category development, promotional effectiveness, and translating commercial strategies into impactful retail execution.
  
• Retail & E-Commerce knowledge: Understanding of planogram design, visual merchandising, and online retail media, with the ability to optimize shopper experiences across physical and digital channels.
  
• Skills: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  
• Language: Fluent in English & Dutch; French is a plus.
