As a Senior CNC Specialist, you are the key technical pivot in the production department. As an experienced Senior CNC Specialist, you are daily engaged in setting up, programming, and optimizing various CNC machines for high-quality metalworking. Because the machinery consists of a great mix of new and older equipment, analyzing and improving production processes presents a fantastic challenge.

As a driven Senior CNC Specialist, you proactively contribute ideas for technical maintenance and solve complex malfunctions. Furthermore, as a Senior CNC Specialist, you play a major role in the growth of the team by guiding and training a junior colleague. You also advise on future investments in machinery and tooling. Every Senior CNC Specialist handles versatile tasks in this role, also known in the market as CNC programmer, experienced miller, CNC turner, or senior machinist. • A gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,300 based on 40 hours with a direct contract via Direct Hire
