For our sea-going fleet, we are looking for a Ships Electronical Engineer to work on a 5-weeks on/off rotation. You will be working on one of our modern dredging vessels. You will encounter a wide range of electrical and automation systems to keep you challenged. Working closely with the Chief Engineer, you will maintain and optimize the electrical systems on board, ensuring that the ship's administration related to the electrical systems is up to date and compliant with Van Oord standards, such as the ship's logbook & daily reports.

As a Ships Electronical Engineer, you make sure our electrical systems are safe, reliable and ready for the future. From scheduled maintenance to smart upgrades, you keep things running. Together with the Chief Engineer, you prepare and discuss modifications, and depending on the task, you work independently or with another specialist.
