About this role

Looking to take the next big step in your CRM career and own impactful lifecycle communications on a global scale? As our CRM Lifecycle Manager in the Partner & Courier CRM department, you will embody our core values to lead, deliver, and care as we empower, advise, and inspire our partners and couriers globally.

Taking a customer-centric approach, you will execute key lifecycle communications that educate, engage, and activate. Working directly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), you will turn lifecycle strategies into active journeys, leaning on strong teamwork to deliver excellence across teams.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Journey Building & Execution: Set up, test, and deploy key lifecycle journeys inside SFMC Journey Builder, continuously aiming high to

  
  

• Campaign Orchestration: Apply precise segmentation and multi-channel messaging (Email, Push, In-App) via ready-to-use data extensions to reach targets effectively.

  
  

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Review journey metrics via tracking dashboards to run structured A/B tests and raise the bar on overall conversion rates.

  
  

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with regional and central operational teams to align content, ensure clear communication, and execute timely rollouts.

  
  

• Process Improvement: Maintain strict QA standards and partner with the broader CRM team to simplify execution workflows and lift each other up.

• Hands-on SFMC Experience: Practical experience building, testing, and launching campaign automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  
  

• Lifecycle & Partner Understanding: Good understanding of the lifecycle principles, multi-channel execution, and audience segmentation.

  
  

• Commitment to Excellence: A methodical approach to QA, campaign testing, and execution details, staying committed to achieving ambitious goals.

  
  

• Data & Analytics Aptitude: Comfort with performance reporting tools and campaign metrics to continuously optimize journey performance and aim higher.

  
  

• Effective Communication & Collaboration: Strong stakeholder communication skills with a proactive, responsible approach to managing timelines and dependencies.
