Our client, a leading international Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking a Master Data Coordinator to join their European operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the quality, integrity, and maintenance of master data across multiple business-critical systems, supporting both customer satisfaction and operational performance.

The Role

As a Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and optimising master data across several enterprise systems. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments and regions to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain customer, supplier, and sales team master data across multiple business systems.
  • Create, update, and validate customer pricing and contractual data in accordance with established governance procedures.
  • Monitor data quality, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across platforms.
  • Support CRM data maintenance and territory alignment activities.
  • Maintain product and material data records for regional operations.
  • Assist with master data activities across additional business applications and databases.
  • Provide operational and technical support to internal stakeholders regarding data-related queries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve data management practices.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives, data governance programmes, and continuous improvement projects.


Experience & Qualifications


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within administration, customer service, master data, or a similar operational environment.
  • Experience working within an international organisation is advantageous.
  • Understanding of order-to-cash and related business processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to CRM platforms and business management systems would be beneficial.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Additional European language skills would be an advantage.
