Consultant-Developer

As a Consultant-Developer, your role goes beyond coding. You are a problem solver and strategic partner. Through co-creation with the client, you analyze business challenges, identify key data insights, and structure information to uncover inefficiencies. By deeply understanding the customer's data, you collaboratively design and implement software solutions that optimize workflows, drive informed decision-making, and evolve alongside the business for long-term success. How does your day look like?

You focus on solving business challenges and optimizing workflows through smart, data-driven software solutions—always in close collaboration with the customer.

You actively listen to the client, map their data, and analyze inefficiencies to uncover the root causes of workflow bottlenecks.

Through co-creation, you design and refine solution models that streamline processes and drive business efficiency.

You collaborate with colleagues to determine the best approach, leverage new technologies, and architect scalable solutions. Either you or a colleague develops digital solutions (in Claris FileMaker, web technologies, or other platforms), testing and refining them with the client to ensure they deliver lasting impact and continuous workflow improvement.

You’re working from the Utrecht office or at the customers site.

We have offices in different European countries and develop both projects deployed locally and internationally.

What we expect from you

• you are a born problem solver with a strong interest in business processes
• You are analytical, accurate and have good communications skills.
• You have at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent through experience, and you are passionate about innovation and newcoming technology.
• You are autonomous in carrying out your tasks and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You have a minimum of minimum 5 years of business experience
• You have experience in building or designing databases, custom software and integrating API’s
