Freelance Sales Support - Westfield Rise (Netherlands & Stockholm)

Fluency in Dutch or Swedish is a plus, but not essential.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Support to join our Westfield Rise team, URW’s in-house retail media agency. Westfield Rise is a one-stop shop for creating innovative campaigns powered by premium retail media assets and advertising capabilities.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our teams in the Netherlands and Sweden to deliver 360° brand activations across physical, digital, and online channels that captivate consumers, elevate brand visibility, and drive commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing :

• Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and sales materials tailored to client needs
• Research new leads and build a strong pipeline for the sales team
• Assist with outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn, and help nurture client relationships
• Coordinate meetings between sales managers and prospects, ensuring smooth follow-up
• Provide admin support : update CRM systems, manage documentation, and track campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams (Brand Experience, Marketing, Data) to gather insights for pitches
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Contribute to improving sales processes and tools across teams
• Uphold URW’s core values in all communications and client interactions
