Your Role :
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of our hernia, infection prevention, and biosurgery solutions in South Netherlands. You will proactively seek out new business opportunities, build and maintain long-term customer relationships, and analyze market trends to gain a competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of our comprehensive portfolio and innovative solutions.
- Achieve annual sales targets and growth within your region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Introduce new products to the market, including presentations, training, and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM tool, Salesforce.com.
Your Profile :
Bachelors thinking and working level, through experience or education.Sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specifically in the field of hernia, infection prevention, and / or biosurgery.Experience with new brand or product introductions in the Dutch market.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).Excellent project management skills and a structured working approach.Highly self-motivated with the ability to see and seize market opportunities.A team player with a drive to learn and share knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English (both oral and written).
