Proficiency in Microsoft Developer Environments (.NET Core Visual Studio). Preferably certified with MCTS MCSD or MVP credentials. Working knowledge of Core Java and related technologies. Strong organizational and systematic approach with attention to detail. Solid understanding of relevant tools methodologies and health & safety standards. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers suppliers and partners. You should possess the ability to : Work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment. Influence and guide team members allocating resources efficiently when needed. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives. Plan schedule and monitor your own work within short time horizons.
