Your Responsibilities?

You're a seasoned transformation leader with extensive experience directing complex, multi-year programs in the insurance sector. Your background includes successful delivery of core insurance platforms, preferably within P&C, and you understand the intricacies of harmonizing operations across different regions. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate a dynamic business landscape while maintaining focus on long-term objectives. You excel at stakeholder management—building trust with C-suite executives, technical teams, and business leaders alike. Your communication style is clear and compelling, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. You combine technical acumen with business insight, understanding both the architectural implications of decisions and their commercial impact. You're skilled at managing vendor relationships and can navigate matrix organizations with confidence.
