We specialize in the development and marketing of orthobiologics for spinal fusion surgery. Our bone repair products are manufactured in Bilthoven and sold worldwide. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic Bilthoven team helping us lead the way as the global leader in orthobiologics.

Position Overview :

As a hands-on Production Manager at Kuros you will oversee production operations in Bilthoven managing a team to ensure efficient compliant and scalable processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement safety and operational excellence across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Development : Lead mentor and develop the production team promoting a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
• Operational Management : Develop SOPs oversee daily production activities and ensure production targets for quality output and delivery are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Operations teams in the Netherlands and the US aligning production with business objectives and supporting new product introductions.
• Maintenance & Quality Compliance : Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with ISO 13485 FDA QSR and internal quality systems. Collaborate with QA / RA to resolve non-conformances.
• Process Improvement : Drive Lean Six Sigma and 6S initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations.
