- Supporting the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies.
- Assisting in analy s ing salary structures and benchmarking employment conditions.
- Supporting HR Business Partners with projects related to reward policies and employee benefits.
- Participating in various HR projects, aligned with your interests.
