About the Role
We\u2019re looking for a Marketing Lead with a strong content focus to help us shape and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and conversion through high-quality, strategic content across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with the founding team to define our voice, attract the right audiences, and build a repeatable growth system.
This is an ideal role for someone who loves translating complex ideas into compelling stories, thrives in a startup environment, and is comfortable testing and iterating to see what resonates. As the growth you help generate takes off, we envision scaling the team and bringing in specialists across data, design, content, and more. We see you as the future architect of this team, guiding Verify into its next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
You\u2019ll be setting up the marketing foundation : putting in place the basic infrastructure for content distribution, performance tracking, and reporting. Think of tools, workflows, and metrics that give us visibility on what works and what doesn’t. This foundation will allow us to move fast and learn quickly. Meanwhile, you\u2019ll design and own our content marketing strategy. You\u2019ll be deciding what stories we should tell, which formats to use, and how to structure a repeatable approach to content creation.
You won\u2019t just define the strategy; you\u2019ll also do the writing yourself. That means creating high-quality copy across different formats : blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts. Your focus will be on turning complex, technical topics into clear and compelling narratives that speak directly to our audience.
Together with sales and product, you\u2019ll ensure all content is closely tied to customer pain points, product positioning, and conversion goals. Along the way, you\u2019ll apply SEO best practices to increase discoverability and drive organic growth.
Job Specific Requirements
We\u2019re looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience creating content for technical (and / or) B2B audiences (e.g., product managers, operations, or IT teams). You\u2019re comfortable managing content end-to-end; from strategy to writing, editing, and publishing. You have strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a professional audience.
