Are you a data-savvy Product Manager who can bridge our marketing, engineering and sales departments to help create new LED lighting products and product lines?
Seeking a Product Manager who can work on a conceptual level with internal and external stakeholders (from technical team to customers) to help craft strategy and define product vision, marketing targets and ROI for our two divisions : a manufacturer of architectural LED lighting systems; and manufacturer of LED signage lighting solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and represent user needs in new LED lighting products.
Analyze data for sales targets and forecasts, engineering and ROI reports.
Monitor the market for and develop competitive analysis of potential new products.
Define and align stakeholders around a vision for new products.
Prioritize features and capabilities that make products stand out.
Translate technical specs and performance for marketing and sales applications.
Create a “shared brain” across teams to empower independent decision-making.
Manage relationships, tight deadlines, revenue targets and resource constraints.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, marketing or related field
3+ years in Product Management (lighting industry a plus)
Excellent social, communication and organizational skills
Goal oriented with ability to define and track success metrics
Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action
Awareness of and curiosity about new technology
Team-oriented self-starter and rapid learner with keen eye for detail
Aptitude for balancing multiple fast-paced projects
Ability to conduct customer interviews and user testing
Feature prioritization and road map planning skills
Mastery of the critical art of resource allocation
Quick, creative and personable problem solver
Solid understanding of technical specs and product implementation
Experience with market assessments, pricing and revenue modeling
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
