I am looking for an EPLAN-certified Engineer to join my client in Swalmen, Netherlands.
This is an onsite role.
My client is a Dutch engineering and manufacturing company that specializes in designing and producing custom high-tech machinery, modules, and complete systems for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
As an EPLAN Certified Engineer, you will design and document electrical installations using EPLAN software. You will work on challenging projects in machine building and industrial automation. Thanks to your knowledge of EPLAN P8 and Pro Panel, you will deliver efficient and error-free designs that comply with international standards.
You will :
- Engineer electrical schematics using EPLAN Pro Panel and create 3D layouts for control cabinets.
- Automatically calculate wire lengths, fill cable ducts, and check thermal aspects and airflow for cooling.
- Create bills of materials, wiring lists, CNC data, and prepare digital data for production and assembly.
- Test and validate panels and installations, and perform checks on electromagnetic compatibility and thermal load.
- Coordinate with hardware engineers, work planners, and project managers, and integrate engineering data with ERP / PDM systems and production processes.
- Standardize designs and workflows, and contribute to automation, digitalization, and optimization initiatives.
You have :
Completed MBO / HBO (vocational or bachelor-level) education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.Preferably experience with Pro Panel and Ebuild.Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. Machinery Directive, NEN-EN-IEC 60204 Safety of Machinery, ISO / IEC 81346 system structuring, UL / CSA) and industrial standards.Analytical, accurate, and strong communication skills.Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.Interest in or knowledge of EPLAN Harness ProD and Fluid.What you can expect :
