About the Job :
The ideal candidate will be integral in providing after-sales service for aerial work platforms(AWP). This role involves offering technical support, troubleshooting, machinery repairs, processing warranty claims, and providing training.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP / EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
- Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
- Deliver technical product support to Dingli employees and customers.
- Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP / EWP customer base throughout the region.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.
- Pursue ongoing skill development and maintain relevant certifications to enhance job performance.
