The Senior Business Consultant role

As a Senior Business Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them create a clear plan for controlling who has access to what within the organisation. Working closely with clients, you’ll raise their awareness of potential risks and discover their business’s unique needs through interviews and workshops. You’ll then guide the implementation of IAM products and related business processes, working together with our Technical Consultants, Developers and Support team.

Central responsibilities include :

• Presales consultation
• Stakeholder management, both internally and externally
• Advise customers on product selection
• Present the importance and use of IAM to stakeholders on a strategical, tactical and operational level
• Create advisory roadmaps
• Discuss and determine IAM ownership
• Guide the customer in implementing IAM products
• Study for relevant field & vendor certification to keep up with latest developments
