Overview

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for performing day to day processing of Human Resource requests related to Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and other Human Resource requests for all ABB E-mobility employees. You will provide outstanding support for our internal customers, while processing information of all stakeholders accurately and timely. As International Senior HR & Payroll Specialist you will be a member of the Global Payroll Team, and you will report to the Global Payroll Manager of E-mobility. Your main location will be ABB E-mobility in The Netherlands. However, you will be handling global stakeholders and will be dealing with ABB E-mobility employees worldwide. Our focus is on being collaborative, hands-on, and solution oriented. Are you ready to join us?

Your Responsibility

• Subject matter expert in Dutch payroll processing and country legislation, experience in Belgium payroll is advantage
• Supports the end-to-end payroll, Time & Attendance, Human Resource administration and Benefits administration process for employees, cooperation with the outsourced payroll provider and other 3rd party vendors
• Manages employee enquiries in an appropriate ticketing system JIRA
• Prepares information and documents for external authorities (social security, income tax, etc.)
