Senior Consultant

Sia Partners is looking for bright and dynamic Senior Consultants committed to building relationships and delivering results. We seek individuals with a strong track record during their education and relevant initial work experience in the following areas: Digitalisation, Marketing & Customer Experience, Operational Excellence, Pricing and Revenue Management, or Procurement & Sourcing in retail or services, or equivalent. We believe in empowering our hires to take responsibility quickly, fostering personal growth.

You will be involved in various projects, primarily focusing on:

• Strategic positioning
• New business orientations
• Organizational redesign
• Business re-engineering
• Operational excellence

You will also have opportunities to contribute to Sia Partners' internal activities:

• Developing and strengthening our service offerings by understanding and interpreting sector challenges and innovations
• Supporting business development through need assessment and commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• Master's degree
• 3-6 years of relevant experience or PhD
• Analytical mindset with the ability to explore options and synthesize conclusions
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
