Your Role

As a housekeeping staff member, you are responsible for keeping our hotel rooms clean and in top condition. You ensure that all rooms are cleaned according to our standards and that nothing is missing or broken; in other words, you provide optimal comfort for our guests. You pay attention to every detail and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with a friendly and professional attitude. You know how to get things done and are always ready to help your colleagues and, of course, our guests.

Your daily tasks

• Cleaning Rooms :  Using your (daily) room list, thoroughly clean guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all surfaces;
• Making Beds :  Change and make beds according to hotel standards, including replacing bed linens and pillows;
• Cleaning Bathrooms :  Clean bathrooms and toilets, including sinks, toilets, showers, or bathtubs;
• Restocking Products :  Refill amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper;
• Tidying Up :  Remove trash and unwanted items from the room and reorganize furniture and other items;
• Inspecting Rooms :  Check rooms for damages, missing items, or other issues and report them to your supervisor;
• Maintaining Cleaning Cart :  Ensure your cleaning supplies and products are well-stocked and replenish them as needed;
• Following Hygiene Protocols :  Follow the hotel guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment;
• Guest-Friendly Approach :  Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their privacy and comfort;
• Guest Service :  Respond to guest requests or questions regarding their room, as needed.

You clean our rooms quickly but thoroughly and take occasional breaks to grab a free cup of good coffee, cappuccino, or tea and catch up with one of the housekeeping supervisors.
